my GF got a bread maker for X-mas. are you supposed to leave the kneading attachment on while the bread bakes? this sounds odd but the instruction don’t mention when you would take it out.
Any suggestion (pertinent) would be very helpful.
Chii, did you even read the question? Just asking because your answer makes no sense in relation to the question asked.
Yes, everything stays put. After the kneading part, the machine automatically goes into the baking mode. Don’t lift cover or anything. Just let it go through the whole kneading/baking process till the timer or machine tells you so. After it is all done and the bread comes out, then you can disassemble all the parts to clean.
yes, you leave it alone. after baking when you remove the bread it will leave a funny mark in it but it does nothing to it.
I’m SURE you don’t knead traditionally-made bread while it’s in the oven. Why would this be different?

Yes, I use a wooden chopstick to dig the blade out of the loaf while it’s hot.
