I have been looking at buying bread making machines, there is a big variety and different brands on the market, I live in Sydney. The machine I looking to buy is "Tefal", I have read some reviews on this machine, apparently, it’s very noisy. Would anyone have a suggestion.

i had bread maker machine but recipie book of that show me all the recipies with yeast. and quantity of yeast is 1.5 tsp. so what i can use instead of yeast? i don’t use egg also.

Dinner roll with bread maker questions, I just have a couple, can you help?

Okay this is my first attempt at making dinner rolls using my bread maker. So here are the things I’m concerned about. It says to let rise in a warm place, but my kitchen isn’t really warm, any ideas? Oven on low with door open maybe?
Also it says to put the shaped dough onto greased pan? What type of pan? Muffin ( the large gourmet tins) or baking sheet?

can you put any recipe into a bread maker? for example, i have a recipe for cinnamon bread. can i make the dough in a bread maker instead of by hand? or can only certain recipes go into a bread maker?
